General Terms

Our LED Neon Lights can be used for your home, business, event, photo wall... you name it! Catch those snaps by adding a Neon Light to you café, restaurant, store, studio or workspace.

 

Delivery: All our signs are hand-made to order. It takes around 3 weeks for us to make it and deliver it to your doorstep. We will communicate the expected delivery date to you after the order is placed. 

 

Shipping: We offer free shipping within Belgium. Get in touch if you’re ordering from outside Belgium.

 

Presentation: We use high quality LED flex mounted on acrylic board with flex rubber tubings. Every sign comes with an EU power adapter and a clear power cord to make it possible to hang it in different places. The signs come with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging and wall mounting (please let us know if you don't wish to have the holes and we will produce it without). This sign comes mounted on high quality clear acrylic backboard (rectangular or cut around the letters, see below).

  

 

Outdoor usage: Our Neon lights are made for indoor use, however if you plan to have it outside, please make sure to add an outdoor water-resistant option for 70 EUR.

 

Dimmer: Additionally, you can order a remote control for 25 EUR to be able to dim your lights and switch it on and off. 

 

Durability: LED flex neon is a lot less energy-consuming that traditional glass neon, which makes them cheaper to power. They also last longer (10 years of use or about 3-5 years of continuous use).

 

Sizing: Please note that image reflects general design idea and may not always reflect the real size. Sizes of the final product may vary depending on your choice of fonts, letters (upper or lower case). We will let you know the exact size of the piece before sending it to production.  

 

Colour: Please note that image reflects general design idea and may not always reflect the real colour. When designing your own piece or altering already existing, please select one of the colours from the list below. We have many more colour options available, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more alternatives.

 

 

 

Warranty: Our Neon Lights are stronger and lighter than traditional glass neon tubes. On top of the legal guarantee, we offer a 12-month manufacturer commercial warranty covering faulty items for indoor use only.

 

Safety: Our Neon Lights are safe to touch; they do not heat up, are not easily breakable and don’t have any toxic gases.
